Social Media Management

This section includes photos of the Instagram and TikTok feeds that I managed as Alpha Phi's Vice President of Marketing (2022-2023). Within this position, I managed the Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and X accounts. At the end of my term, our Instagram following had increased from 26K to 37.8K (+45%) and TikTok from 12.4K to 35.5K (+185%).

Brand Ambassadorships

Over the past 4 years, I have created Instagram and TikTok content for 50+ brands. Being a brand ambassador for various brands with different audiences has made me passionate about content creation.

Trend Tracking

During my Summer 2024 internship at Ross Stores, Inc., I created trend-focused presentations and newsletter-style emails titled "Who, What, Wear," highlighting emerging styles and actionable insights for the Junior department. These resources helped the team identify opportunities to incorporate fresh trends into upcoming assortments.

In one edition of "Who, What, Wear," I highlighted rising pop culture influencers like Chappell Roan, Tate McRae, and Charli XCX, emphasizing how their styles resonate with the Junior customer. I connected these cultural trends to retail by showcasing the popularity of Brandy Melville dupes at Ross and incorporated Google Trends data to identify top-searched keywords, using these insights to guide product development opportunities

For another edition of "Who, What, Wear," I surveyed eight Ross and dd’s interns on their top back-to-school wishlist items and favorite shopping destinations. The results revealed clear themes of comfy, casual, and sporty styles, offering insight into what resonates with the Gen Z customer and how Ross could tailor assortments to meet those preferences

In the last edition of "Who, What, Wear," I conducted a style analysis within my sorority, Alpha Phi, asking members what trends they planned to wear over the summer. Key themes included pale yellow, linen fabrics, asymmetry, button-up vests, and lightweight scarves, which highlighted emerging seasonal preferences among a core demographic of fashion-forward college women.

Merchandise Designs

These are finalized mocks of merchandise designs that I created for Alpha Phi and Dance Collective and were sold at various events.
